Many times we need that another person exactly see the same map that we are seeing. Thanks to gvSIG Online it is already possible.

The “Shared View” tool is another new feature that can be found in gvSIG Online. Through this tool users can share what they are seeing in the geoportal with other users.

It allows to share the frame, active layers, applied symbology… in a simple way: a URL is generated at gvSIG Online and it can be sent to other users. Simply accessing that URL from any web browser they will see that map with the same configuration.

In addition, a list of Shared Views will be available from the portal dashboard, and they will be able to be deleted if required.
